Frequently asked questions

Do I need experience?
No. All four openings are built for people starting fresh, and the training walks you through the store tools before you begin. Turning up when you said you would counts for far more than a long history.
Is there an age requirement?
Yes. These openings are for applicants aged 21 and over.
Is this employment or freelance?
It depends which opening you take — some employers hire directly, others engage people on a contract basis. Either way you are told plainly during the chat, not after you have started.
Where can I work from?
Anywhere in the United States with a connection that stays up. Most of the people we place work from their own living room. A quiet corner matters more than a zip code.
What do I need at home?
Just your phone. Every one of these roles can be done on a phone, and anything else a store needs you to use is set up and explained during training.
